The Norfolk Brewhouse is run by Rachel & David Holliday, a couple with a passion for crafting distinctive, high quality beers.  The Micro Brewery uses locally grown Maris Otter Barley and drawing water from a chalk well beneath the brewery.  They produce 3 ales and 2 lagers, which are fermented for 21 days followed by conditioning to develop the flavours, taking approximately 90 days in total.  The Norfolk Brewhouse, just 5 miles awaym is one of very few micro breweries in the Country to produce a lager.
