Following the recent announcement that Booker Group, the owner of the Budgens brand, is to be acquired by Tesco, we would like to reassure our customers that C T Baker Budgens Aylsham and Holt stores in North Norfolk will remain independently-owned by C T Baker Group.
C T Baker Group is committed to developing its Budgens stores, which we value as an integral part of our business strategy and are of vital importance in supporting the local communities where we live and work.
We will continue to work with all our local suppliers to source the best and freshest products, whilst providing everyday value without compromise on quality.
The planned acquisition of Booker Group by Tesco does not include the sale of C T Baker Budgens stores in Holt and Aylsham. We are a family-run business, which will remain dedicated to serving our customers and community by providing an exceptional level of service and the highest standards and availability of products now and in the future.
